About Coach Dylan:

As a Coach, my goal is to help people change their lives for the better; To help grow and evolve into what they consider the best version of themselves. My inspiration comes directly from the people I have helped already, and those who have helped me.  

Health and Wellness isn’t just a job to me, it is my life. Without it, I do not know where I would be, physically, mentally, and emotionally. The gym saved my life, and those around me helped heal it. Training my body is not just a physical workout for me, but a mental therapy for me as well, and I know it is the same for many others!

Chaos Training Philosophy:

Chaos Training is different from other businesses in that I provide more than just a gym partner. My goal is NOT to be seen as a glorified gym partner! I want to inspire my clients, and people in general, to constantly be more than they thought they could be. I want to encourage them to make this a lifestyle, and not look at it as some quick fix to get them ready for their next beach vacation or something to do to kill time before going home. That is what I provide better than anyone else in the industry. I am not here to make money; I am here to change lives. 

My target audience is anyone who is looking to change their lives for the better. I am not looking for clients who want a “quick fix” because there is no such thing. I want clients who are looking to change their lives in the present, so that they can continue to enjoy their lives in the future. 

Fitness and proper health are passions of mine, and I want to work with individuals who are like-minded. People who want to be able to enjoy their hobbies without the pain of life beating them down.  

I offer customized workout programs, nothing generic or wholesale. Each program is derived from proper assessments and is goal focused and oriented. I also offer nutrition coaching to go along with the training program. This is a lifestyle change, so I give what is necessary and only what is needed.
